Material for the two Seppa will be a thin sheet of brass.

The shape of the Seppa is equal to the one of the Koiguchi and/or the
Kashira.
The Seppa can be cut with scissors if the brass is thin; the hole for
the tang has to be drilled and filed.

Here the edge of the Seppa is still smooth but it will be decorated with
fine notches.

The notches are filed into the edge with a fine triangular file.
